I hung out with Mieko and gang at Sunway Lagoon last Saturday. I've never been there my entire life so it was like my first time there lol /fail >3< Honestly, I prefer Genting Highland's rides more than the ones at Sunway Lagoon :< It was also raining the whole day so it was kind of a mood-killer for me. I had lots of fun with my friends though cause they're all lunatics wahahaha ;D <3 Mieko and me trying to act bitchy (again) ;D Group shot! Us pretending to be afraid of the water LOL Labels: outings Beige and white Friday, January 28, 2011 @ 11:56 PM I'm not entirely sure which fashion I should categorize this under, but I'm thinking that it's more towards Natural Kei? >3< Ahhh... Mori Girl and Natural Kei are my current favourite obsessions. I like how their outfits are so loose and comfy, not having to restrict ourselves to show our "curves" like normal clothing. I love my hat and skirt the most! Welcome to my heaven. Life through a camera's lenses *spins round and round* Yeah I was busy spinning round and round while this photo was taken because I loved seeing my skirt fly in a circle! <3 The girl from the forest. This time the photos are edited to give out a more "ethereal" feeling compared to the Mori Girl shoot which had more vivid colours. I hope I can try out more ways of fashion photography and styles soon. /o/ Bonus photo: Peace-su! Photography and editing by Razrig. Labels: fashion photography, natural kei My Korean addiction Tuesday, January 25, 2011 @ 9:05 PM >3< ~ I've been a huge KPOP and K-drama maniac lately ww It's really really bad to the point that my entire life revolves around watching Korean dramas and listening to their songs everyday. ;u; And today... I shall talk about my favourite Korean idol groups and dramas kekeke. <3 My favourite KPOP idols and groups are.... Big Bang, 2NE1, Se7en (well basically the entire YG Family), 2AM, IU, MBLAQ, Dalmatian, SHINee, Brown Eyed Girls, FT Island and Secret. /o/ My number 1 most favourite group is of course Big Bang since I'm super majorly incredibly obsessed with them and I'm still waiting for them to hold a concert in Malaysia! Please, YG papa? :< As for Korean dramas, my favourite one is You're Beautiful (Jang Geun Suk <3), followed by my current favourites which are Secret Garden and Dream High. I have yet to watch My Princess but I'm more of a J-Drama fan so I'm rather lacking in the Korean drama department. ^^;; My new obsession with Korean hanboks >3< I was busy trying on the hanboks at Korea Plaza last Wednesday while I was waiting for my KPOP dance class to start keke. The sleeves are really pretty and colourful! I really want to buy one someday. *_______* We also filmed for a TV show during our dance class last week and were interviewed by people from TV2...? 8D I probably looked really haggard without make up and all though ww I'm not sure when the show will be airing but I'll tell you guys when I know lolol. It's in BM though ^^;; I really want to take Japanese and Korean language classes after I'm done with my A Levels ;A; It's just another 5 more months before I'm done!!! And then... I'd have to go to university. Oh joy. :'< Why is life so hard the older you get? I wish I could stay 18 forever. PS: Yes, I know this post is rather pointless and random. Hahaha OTL Girl from the forest Thursday, January 20, 2011 @ 10:41 PM This is my first attempt at Mori Girl ;u; I've been wanting to try out the Mori Girl fashion since last year but because Malaysia is such a hot country, it's really hard for me to wear layers and layers of clothes out ;u; Even when I was doing this shoot I was sweating non stop thanks to the heat OTL There are alot of things I'm not satisfied about with my outfit coordination + the shoot + my crappy wig so hopefully I'll be able to improve the next time around >3< #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 Hat from Cheeserland.com; Jacket from Singapore; Top & skirt-Afternoon; Bag-Ice & Fire; Tights-Miss Selfridge; Oxfords-Zara Photography and editting by Razrig 1+2=3 Monday, January 17, 2011 @ 11:55 PM Honestly I was going to post my last Hong Kong trip entry today but I was just too excited about wanting to post the shoots I did yesterday and so...... Yeah. My fickleness won. ;u; Teaser photos yay /o/ ♥ ♥ ♥ Can you guess which series this is from? :> It's been a long time since I've done a proper cosplay shoot. The last one I did was somewhere in July last year? www I may not be a very good cosplayer but I'm trying my best to improve! My first attempt on Mori Girl ;u; Guessing by the title of this post you should be asking by now... "Where is the third teaser?" Well... It isn't there so too bad! Muahaha /smacks self Okay it's because I haven't got the edited photo for it yet so you'll have to wait a little bit longer to see it >3< I really had a great time doing the shoots yesterday thanks to Arisa darling who was my cosplay partner, the awesome Razrig as my photographer and Michelle my eternal saikang *kisses* <3 And no, she is not for sale or rental because she belongs to me and me only! She is like the best helper in the world right? Muahahaha >:D And I'm sorry if I scared you guys with my weirdness OTL I'm not usually that hyper.... It's because Michelle was there that my true self became exposed! Oh noes! o('A')o// I also got bitten by like... more than 10 mosquitoes during the shoot. Why do mosquitoes like my blood so much? FML Labels: cosplay, fashion photography The worst week ever Friday, January 14, 2011 @ 11:12 PM A really short post this time because I've been feeling down these past few days. Let me give you a brief summary of my crappy week: Monday- Pimples popping up everywhere on my face Tuesday- I get kicked out of Literature class Wednesday- My phone bill went up to RM2k (wtf) so my sim card got confiscated Thursday- I developed an eye infection in my left eye (again) and a sore throat Friday- I trip and fall near an escalator I have a cosplay shoot coming up this Sunday so I'm really hoping that it'll be able to go well. OR a sudden rainstorm might happen you know; since it's my bad luck week and all. FML What did I do to deserve this?!?! OTL Ocean Park Hong Kong Tuesday, January 11, 2011 @ 9:47 PM The day after I fell sick in Hong Kong and recovered; my parents decided to go to Ocean Park ;u; Even though I told them I'd rather go to IFC Palace and watch Norwegian Wood (since they refuse to show Murakami's awesome movie in Malaysia >.>) but they wanted me to go with them so oh well. :< I was still feeling a little sick so I didn't go for any rides and I sat on a bench the whole day with my mum while my dad and brothers tried out the roller coasters :( Look at my sickly face ;A; The view of Ocean Park from above <3 It's the sea!!! Me: Look! They're so lazy! Dad: Just like you lol. Mum: Aren't they your family? OTL OTL so mean! I do not lie down the whole day doing nothing ok! Or maybe I do D8 Pretty dolphins <3 We went to see a dolphin show at Ocean Park! It was kinda cool and I was like "OMG the dolphins can like jump and spin and stuff" but after a while I got bored because they were just performing the same tricks over and over again OTL Blub blub blub I'm a fish ;3; Me imitating the panda statue 8D Honestly when I wore the panda hat I bought from Forever 21 a few weeks ago to Ocean Park, I had no idea there were actual pandas there!!! Coincidence much? And a lot of people were staring at me thanks to the hat =3= I think Ocean Park has more stuff to see and do compared to Disneyland Hong Kong LOL Even though the buildings were not as pretty :< Labels: holidays Hong Kong Dinseyland Friday, January 7, 2011 @ 9:49 PM It's Disneyland.....!!! The place that all Disney princesses (like me ;D) dream of going to at least once in our lives... (Okay I exaggerate but still.... It's Disneyland!!! /o/ ♥ ♥ ♥ We went to Disneyland on our second day at Hong Kong~ I wanted to wear a skirt and dress prettily to take photos but because I thought it'd be cold so I wore a pair of pants that I just bought before coming to Hong Kong (and I don't even like wearing pants!) D8 And it ended up being so hot on that day I had to take out my coat and scarf! FML I don't have many photos because my brother took them and most of them came out blurry and stuff and HK's Disneyland was kind of small so there is nothing much to talk about >< Sleeping Beauty's castle *____* One day when I become a billionaire... I will live in such a castle with a carriage pulled by white horses, a fairy godmother and a prince charming. :D Like my Minnie Mouse ears? ;) Even though I felt a little retarded, but I had to get myself a Minnie Mouse ears headband to wear while I was in Disneyland! Ohai I'm the sixth Disney Princess in case you didn't know and the rest are my cronies >:D (I wish!) Tarzan's treehouse + 1 monkey I really liked Tarzan's treehouse because well... Treehouses are awesome! And they replicated many scenes from the movie in the treehouse too so it was really cool. <3 /avid Disney fan lalala Going on a boat tour! You can see my two brothers beside me ><; We had a nice and friendly tour lady who was kind of... Amusing? She brought us on a tour around a few places and threatened to make us all wet LOL =3= The last sentence she told me had the most impact which was "I'll be here every ten minutes for the rest of my life!" which made me feel "Aahhh~ I don't ever want to end up like her so I must work hard?" Even though I'm so lazy ww It's a small world after all~ I swear this ride drives me c.r.a.z.y. They have machines singing "It's a small world" repeatedly over and over and over again till you feel like banging your head on the wall. I'm serious! And because we went during the Christmas period they also sang "Jingle bells" like another 500 times during the entire ride FML Fireworks ;u; We watched the fireworks display before going back to the hotel! Even though the fireworks were not *that* impressive but the narrations and music that came with it made it a splendid performance :) So pretty *_____* After that we waited for a taxi for half an hour before we went back to the hotel to sleep. Me all bundled up because it became so cold at night TAT ....And I fell sick with a fever after I went back to the hotel room. FML I also ended up vomiting and having a bad stomach ache the next day so I stayed in the hotel room all day sleeping. :< We were originally supposed to visit Macau on the third day but thanks to me being sick we ended up not going sob TAT I have such bad luck OTL Lace and fur Monday, January 3, 2011 @ 1:42 PM Hello my lovely blog readers! I'm back from my holiday trip to Hong Kong! /o/ Did you miss me? Keke 8D I had an enjoyable (but also miserable) trip and gained many memories as well as new shopping loots <3 While I sort out the few hundred photos my brother helped me take during the trip, let me show you my shopping purchases first :D There was a great sale in Hong Kong for a few days so I was able to get a few items for 20%-40% off! *_____* However, if you do plan on going to Hong Kong for shopping, I'd advice you to make a trip to Taiwan instead as the stuff there is way cheaper! The food, accommodation, transport, and even shopping is way more expensive in Hong Kong than in Malaysia OTL My pretty pretty items ♥ From left to right: Rose printed t-shirt from Juicy Couture; Lace blouse & shirt-dress from Zara; Ruffled shorts, fur bag & snowflake necklace from Liz Lisa; Brown tote from Ice Fire; Floral wallet from Vivienne Westwood; Purple wallet/cardholder from Anna Sui; Star necklace from Swarovski; Fur tail from Moussy I'm majorly in LOVE with everything I bought and I hope to pair them up with new coordinates soon! It would be nice if I could take the time to do another fashion shoot but my regular photographer cum best friend is currently busy and I'm not too good in working with other photographers www PS: I heard that some of my blog readers aren't able to view my updated feeds on their dashboards? Is that on your blogger accounts? I'm not really sure what is wrong OTL Does anyone know how I can fix this? ;A; Labels: purchases |
